THE BEST ALBUMS OF 2017
When I recall last year and my struggle to put together the list of my personal best albums of 2016 I laugh as this year it simply got even much harder. 2017 has been very diversified, surprising and incredibly strong as a year in extreme metal. I extended the list to 20 albums but it was still tricky to pick. I think it’s great that the bands that you know can still deliver excellent stuff and you can easily discover something new. I know, it sounds like a cliché but it definitely applies to 2017 perfectly! And I fear to think how many albums I have not discovered. I am also full of hopes and expectations for 2018 but I think it will be a job to top this year and raise the bar higher.
